Your date is officially booked with a signed agreement and a 25% retainer through our secure online system.

You’ll receive access to our planning app, where you can:

  • Build your custom timeline

  • Share important notes and moments

We’ll meet 3–4 weeks before your event to finalize everything with confidence.

5. Event Day Execution
